So as I’m sitting in Microbiology lab right now, I’m thiking that its time to share my all time favorite microbe with everyone.  Campylobacter jejuni.  It’s one of the most fragile of them all, like a ramen noodle .. only skinnier which makes it my favorite.

Next time you bite into a peice of chicken be warned, theres a 98% chance that the chicken you’re eating was a carrier!
